月珠工坊 collects the information needed to operate the store, including contact details, shipping addresses, bracelet design choices, order history, payment status, support messages, and DIY approval notes or photos connected to an order.

Payment details are processed by Stripe. We use payment status and limited transaction references to confirm orders, prevent fraud, provide refunds when applicable, and support customer service.

Order and delivery information may be shared with service providers that help us run checkout, email, handmade production, storage, analytics, and tracked shipping from China to the destination country.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, contact support@moonbeadlab.com. Some order records may need to be retained for tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal obligations.
