By placing an order with 月珠工坊, you agree to provide accurate contact, payment, bracelet size, and shipping information. Orders may be cancelled or delayed if details are incomplete or cannot be verified.

Ready-made bracelets are prepared from listed designs. DIY bracelets are handmade from the selected bead plan and may include confirmation photos before shipment so the customer can approve or request reasonable adjustments.

Products ship from China with tracking where available. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, delivery restrictions, and any fees charged by the destination country.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact support@moonbeadlab.com with the order number, shipping email, and photos so support can review the case.
